- Class 3: Beer. Elaboration, styles and consumption.
- Class 4: Gourmet product: Cheeses, types, conservation and service.
- Class 5: Gourmet product: olive oil.
- Class 6: Gourmet product: chocolate.
- Class 7: Appetizers: vermouth and bitters; most recognized liquors.
- Class 8: Distilled grape wine and other fruits: brandy, cognac, pisco and calvados.
- Class 9: Classic distillates: Gin, Vodka, Rum, Tequila and Whisky.
