Program Description
This program deals with the main themes of the sommelier’s career. The practical aspects of tasting, packaging and service are presented in an agile and fascinating way. It also aims to understand what is necessary about viticulture and oenology in order to cover the geography of all the countries that produce the new and old world of wine, special drinks and gourmet products.
The course certification diploma is issued by the Escuela Argentina de Sommelier EAS, at the end of the course you must take an exam (not included) and pass with a minimum of 60/100.
Degree obtained: Certificate of sommelier assistant issued by the Escuela Argentina de Sommelier (EAS).
In each module you will find a test to evaluate the comprehension of the topics, relating them to the operative practice.
