This course provides an immersion in the sensory analysis of wines and the harmonization of dishes, through a guide to achieve tastings and pairings with methodology. It includes tips on the correct wine service and also addresses the principles of viticulture and oenology, providing a solid base to give rise to the geography proposed in the following courses.

- Class 3 Gastronomic appreciation. General notions of the harmony of wines and foods.
- Class 4 Service: Glasses, decanters, optimum temperatures,
- Class 5 Viticulture, terroir.
- Class 6 Still wines, production of: red, rosé, white, orange and blue.
- Class 7 Sparkling and sweet wines: Methods and styles.
- Class 8 Organic and biodynamic wines.
