This course provides an immersion in the sensory analysis of wines and the harmonization of dishes, through a guide to achieve tastings and pairings with methodology. It includes tips on the correct wine service and also addresses the principles of viticulture and oenology, providing a solid base to give rise to the geography proposed in the following courses.

The wines included in the course are 3, they can be red, white, rosé and sparkling, national wineries.
COURSE CONTENT
- Class 1: Introduction to sommellerie.
- Class 2: Sensory analysis, tasting technique and shared codes.
- Class 3: Gastronomic appreciation, general notions of wine and food harmony.
- Class 4: Serving: glasses, decanters and optimum temperatures.
